After managing teams of 100+ employees and bringing in millions of dollars in new revenue, Tom felt undervalued after being denied professional development opportunities. It was time to make a change. In 2017, he resigned from his job and co-founded LeggUP, a professional coaching platform designed with enterprises and employees in mind. From VIPs to MVPs and PIPs, Tom believes everyone deserves the opportunity to grow. LeggUP’s mission is to help employees everywhere feel heard, find purpose in their work, and feel empowered to take hold of their careers and wellbeing.
